Return Policy

Return any new, unused product in its original manufacturer's packaging within 30 days of delivery and receive a full money back reimbursement, minus shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.

If you received free shipping when you purchased items, the actual shipping charges incurred by All Alliance Lighting when shipping the items to you, will be deducted from your refund. The customer is also responsible for the cost of return shipping.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy 

Most orders over $30 qualify for FREE SHIPPING

Orders must total more than $30.00 before taxes and shipping.

Most orders ship UPS.

Orders must be shipped within the continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories outside the contiguous 48 states do NOT qualify for free shipping.

All Alliance Lighting reserves the right to modify or discontinue the free shipping offer at any time. If a shipping charge does apply for your order, the charge will appear in your basket at checkout.

Ordering Timeframes

If you need to receive your order before a specific date, please contact us regarding estimated shipping times.

If you place your order before 12:00 p.m. EST, All Alliance Lighting will ship your order the same day. (Some exceptions apply.) Most items are in stock and ready to ship. However, due to high demand, there are times when our most popular items may be out of stock. Should this occur, it may take 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship. In the event this happens, your order will be held until all items are available.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 p.m. EST or on weekends will be shipped the following business day. These orders fall under the criteria of delayed release due to unforeseen circumstances.

Please Note:

Typically, orders are shipped via UPS and should arrive between 1 to 4 business days from the order date, depending on the day of the week the order is placed. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.
